What is Master Coaching?

It is the coach's ability to distinguish blind spots. These blinds spots are limits that you place on yourself unknowingly. Because they are undistinguished, they keep you stuck.

Physical -  your body is your temple
Spiritual - your heart and soul, your inner self, your strength
